President & Global Head
Anu Saxena leads the world's largest hospitality supply chain organization, overseeing services for more than 16,000 properties and over 140 brands across 140 countries, influencing $12 billion in global spend with over 3,000 suppliers, all while driving substantial savings and commercial performance for owners. As a thought leader, Anu guided the transformation of HSM's business model into an industry-leading, customer-focused organization. Anu's contributions to sustainability and supplier diversity are well recognized in the industry. Through scholarships and workforce development programs, Anu is dedicated to developing the next generation of hospitality leaders.
Vice President, HSM APAC
Andrew Boyd is responsible for overseeing the procurement operations and the development of strategies across the region, driving growth, value and efficiency to Hilton across all brands in the region. With over 25 years of leadership and management consulting experience, Andrew is a member of the regional Hilton APAC Senior Leadership Team and Global HSM leadership team. He has worked extensively in the Asia Paciﬁc and European markets, holding board-level positions in a range of sectors including consumer products, mining, engineering and transportation.
Vice President, HSM Americas Sales & Services
Vito oversees several teams who are responsible for the development and growth of HSM accounts across the enterprise. The teams drive value through engagement and delivery of targeted supply-chain solutions. With a strong international sales background, Vito’s focus is to provide account support and service for HSM’s growing portfolio of hotels and brands in the region.
Vice President, HSM EMEA
Paul Farrow leads the procurement and supply chain logistics function which supports over 1,000 hotels across Europe, Middle East and Africa. He has worked extensively in the Asia Paciﬁc and European markets, holding board-level positions, and delivering procurement transformations in a range of sectors including consumer products, mining, engineering and transportation. Paul’s focus is based on the strategic development of supply synergies and programs to leverage scale, build a high-performance team across the region, and support the deployment of leading e-procurement technology, processes and systems. He also led the development of its group procurement business whereby Hilton provides its services to Hilton franchisee and third-party hotels.
Vice President, Strategy & Business Operations
Jon Scoﬁeld is adept at driving growth and efficiency for procurement organizations and currently leads Hilton Supply Management's Finance, Technology and Business Intelligence functions. Jon oversees a talented team of supply chain, technology and strategy experts to improve top-line revenue position while driving cost efficiencies. He has more than 20 years of experience in strategy and consulting leadership.
Vice President, Brand Engagement, Sustainability & Insights
Elizabeth Scruggs is focused on engaging with the Hilton portfolio of brands, collaborating with the ESG team to drive responsible sourcing and sustainability, further advancing Hilton’s award-winning supplier diversity program and leading HSM’s external promotion and branding. Dedicated to the advancement of professional women, Elizabeth is a member of Women Leading Travel & Hospitality, an organization that connects female executives across all sectors of the travel and hospitality industry.
Vice President, HSM Americas
Linda Theisen is an authentically fearless leader who combines a people-ﬁrst approach with a strong force of presence. At HSM, she leads the category management teams including F&B, OS&E, property operations, FF&E and all corporate functions as well as the project procurement team. Through an authentic and consistent approach, she is a trusted advisor to supply partners, senior leadership, and direct reports. Linda has many years of experience in direct procurement as well as corporate categories, including marketing, facilities, logistics, IT, HR, and professional services.
