Aesop’s approach to sustainability and their vegan, cruelty-free products perfectly complement Hilton’s heightened emphasis on high-quality, eco-friendly amenities. Likewise, Waldorf Astoria’s adoption of a large-format bottle type further supports each company’s commitment to sustainability.

Contemporary travelers are increasingly seeking out brands and organizations that practice corporate responsibility, and HSM’s OS&E team has been hard at work facilitating the rollout of full-size bath amenities for brands across the Hilton enterprise. The switch to these new products will provide a 50+% reduction in single-use plastics and offer an end-of-lifecycle recycling solution from the onset of the launch. Additionally, our partnering properties benefit from a reduction in operational complexity thanks to the added efficiency bulk dispensers provide.

Other benefits to our partners include highly competitive product pricing, via HSM-led negotiations, and access to a superior product line with new scents curated exclusively for the esteemed Waldorf Astoria brand. By next spring, guests of Hilton’s flagship luxury hotels will enjoy Aesop’s classic shampoo and conditioner, geranium leaf body cleanser, resurrection aromatique hand wash and rind concentrate body balm with each stay.

Throughout the program launch, each Waldorf Astoria hotel will experience White Glove service from our team, ranging from 1:1 support with initial order placement to staff education and installation guidance. HSM will also continue to monitor inventory levels, track deliveries, supervise quality control and troubleshoot as needed to ensure a smooth introduction of Aesop to our markets.
